Synthesis and properties of ion-exchange materials based on hydrolysis lignins

چکیده
Hydrolytic lignin is a large-tonnage waste product of ethyl alcohol production and renewable resource. The structure characterized by the presence large number hydroxyl groups, which provides value as raw material for synthesis in polymer chemistry. But due to their low chemical stability dilute alkalis, acids solvents, lignins are little use wide practical use. introduction additional functional groups into maromolecule oxidative modification with resource-saving technologies makes it possible obtain new products composite materials. On basis electrochemically modified polycondensation reactions phthalic acid, ion-exchange materials have been obtained: weakly acidic cation exchangers exchange capacity 0.1 mol/l NaOH 3.5-3.8 mmol/cm3, capable sorbing cations range pH values, ampholyte (exchange sodium 6.4-6.6 chlorine anion - 1.1-1.3 mmol/cm3). Ion synthesized on nitro-containing investigated comparison generally known industrial ion exchangers; they high physic-mechanical characteristics resistance.
